The VEO 2 Pro 263APV Aluminum Tripod with VEO 2 PH-38 3-Way Pan-and-Tilt Head from Vanguard is a 3-section support with flip leg locks that you can disengage to extend the legs along with the rapid center column from a collapsed length of 23.2″ to a maximum height of 59″.
