About Pokayoke Blade Line – Jig Assembly
A Pokayoke Blade Line – Jig Assembly requirement by a japan based belt manufacturing company was one such a great opportunity for Pincore NDP team to explore the belt manufacturing industrial automation. An Automated blade line requires a jig based assembly for one such precession operation.
Main task is to design and manufacture the Jig assembly with precision retention and pinpoint accuracy, parts need to be assembled for the highest integrity (Japanese Industrial Manufacturing Standards).
Pincore Product development center team has developed the fixtures that met the most stringent PPAP and FAIR standards. With integrated vacuum retention, parts are machined to the high accuracy every time which was supported by expert GD & T analysis team.
We have successfully developed the precision machining parts with the integrated alignment of plastic assembly, mechanical assembly and electrical assembly. And delivered within the lead time. Have look about the few product pictures below.
Responsibilities of Pincore
- Design verification and validation according to the manufacturing feasibilities.
- A higher degree of positioning and precision manufacturing using VMC machine.
- Zinc Plating for the precision components and Powder coating for the fabricated parts (Powder coating using 7 tank processes).
- Precision electro-mechanical assembly integrated with plastic components, mechanical components, electronic components.
- Installation to production line assembly.
